Yakubu Hassan Lemu

He has a graduate degree in Accounting from illustrious Ahmadu Bello University which he followed up with an MBA from Bayero University Kano. Prior to joining Urban Shelter Limited Yakubu worked in the Niger State Government where he was involved in a number of key policy dialogues. He joined the Urban Shelter family as part of the Finance & Accounts team where he excelled.

He is currently the Head of Finance at Urban Shelter a position which has enabled him to introduce new cutting edge techniques in corporate finance and investment decision making as well as streamlining the operations of the department.

Yakubu is involved in a few charitable and civic organisations based in Niger State. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN).
