On a broader scale, the groundbreaking ceremony for the New Millennium City Development in Kaduna marked a transformative milestone. Covering over 200 hectares with plans for more than 5,000 residential units, this ambitious project stood as a testament to the commitment to creating sustainable, modern communities. Attended by dignitaries, including Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, and HRH Amb. Alh. Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli, the Emir of Zazzau, the event set the stage for a future filled with possibilities.
Participation in the Africa International Housing Show was another major highlight, showcasing an innovative approach to affordable housing and sustainability. This platform not only strengthened partnerships but also solidified a position as a leader in the real estate landscape.
